Cracking the code, women in Igaming...

Cracking the iGaming Code — "My London IGB Experience as a Woman in Business”

By Michelle Naughton, Co Founder of Mo Money Global

Walking into one of the biggest iGaming expos in London, I felt two things: absolute determination — and immediate regret about my shoe choice.

After 12 years of building businesses and navigating the world of low to medium-risk banking, stepping into the bustling, fast-talking world of iGaming, for just my second time, was like cracking a new code. I’m proud to say — I cracked it… but next time, I’ll wear better shoes.

It’s funny, really. Six months ago in the ICE in Barcelona, I was the new girl — unsure, observing, learning. This time? I walked into that expo knowing exactly why I’m here. To build partnerships, to connect with the boldest minds in iGaming, and to position Mo Money Global as the go-to banking solution for high-risk industries.

What struck me most though, was how few women there still are visibly driving these conversations. But guess what? That’s changing — fast. I had the privilege of meeting incredible women — founders, decision-makers, and disruptors — all proving that this industry isn’t just about technology and numbers. It’s about innovation, resilience, and, yes… a little feminine power.

Lessons learned?

Always pack your Doc Martens — London heatwaves and expos don’t mix,

confidence gets you in the door, and knowledge keeps you at the table.

The future of iGaming is diverse — and Mo Money Global is ready to support it.

We’ve got exciting months ahead. The connections made, the new solutions we’re rolling out — it’s all building toward something bigger. And for any woman wondering if there’s space for her in industries like iGaming… trust me, there is. And if there isn’t — make it.
